2. Service Appointments & Bookings

  • All services are offered strictly by appointment.

  • Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding the vehicle and required services at the time of booking.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made after this period may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service price.

  • No-shows without communication may result in a full charge for the booked service.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing may vary based on the vehicle’s size, type, and condition.

  • We reserve the right to revise pricing if additional work is required outside the scope of the originally booked service.

  • Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service unless a prior written agreement is made.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and approved digital payment platforms.

 

4. Vehicle Condition & Liability

  • Clients must disclose any pre-existing damage or known issues before the service begins.

  • While we handle all vehicles with the highest care, Perfect Finish Detailing is not responsible for damages caused by existing flaws, structural weaknesses, or materials beyond our control.

  • We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Clients are advised to remove all valuables prior to service.

 

5. Service Limitations & Completion

  • Estimated service durations are provided as a guideline and may vary.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services in the event of safety concerns, abusive behavior, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. Ceramic Coating & Paint Correction Disclaimer

  • Results from paint correction and ceramic coatings may vary depending on the age, condition, and type of paint.

  • We provide aftercare advice, but the longevity of results is also dependent on the client’s maintenance practices.

 

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will work to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

 

8. Changes to Terms
